Our client, an e-commerce and digital solutions company, is hiring a new Strategic Procurement Manager.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee procurement and sourcing operations, ensuring agile and efficient support to different business areas.Act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, understanding operational and strategic needs to develop sourcing solutions aligned with organizational goals.Develop and implement procurement policies, processes, and best practices, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.Manage strategic negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationships to maximize value, quality, and cost optimization.Identify savings opportunities, process improvements, and automation initiatives through market analysis, data insights, and procurement trends.Drive procurement initiatives with a strong execution mindset, ensuring speed, prioritization, and continuous follow-up until delivery.Monitor procurement KPIs and performance metrics to ensure achievement of business objectives and measurable impact.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and influencing skills.Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering accountability, autonomy, collaboration, and a results-driven culture.Support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of technology solutions within procurement and supply chain operations.Collaborate closely with IT and technology-related areas, maintaining a solid understanding of technology procurement processes and business needs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.5–7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.3–5 years of experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.Previous experience in retail, technology, or fast-paced industries is highly preferred.Advanced English is required.Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management, and procurement operations.Experience working with procurement systems, purchasing platforms, or digital procurement tools is highly valued.Familiarity with IT procurement processes and technology-related purchasing.Interest and ability to learn and apply AI, automation, and data analytics trends within procurement.Autonomous and hands-on profile with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution. Ability to work with urgency, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and drive initiatives forward effectively. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across different levels of the organization.Procurement or Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CPSM or similar) are considered a plus.
