This would be able to improve employee skills and performance. This role involves identifying training needs by collaborating with different departments and developing tailored learning solutions to support SHEIN's fast-paced and innovative culture.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for studying trainings and other contents related to the Business Development department applied in China and need to be implemented in Brazil.Develop and update materials for Business Development team.Regularly provide training sessions for the Business Development teams.Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules aligned with the business goals and strategy.Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and tailor programs accordingly.Collaborate with HR and department leaders to enhance the quality of the trainings.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and adjusting content as needed.Stay updated on Headquarter updates or changes and incorporate best practices into training programs.Foster a positive learning culture that encourages continuous growth.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Business or related field.Proficient in Mandarim and Portuguese as working languages.Proficient in English is a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS platforms is a plus.Proven experience in corporate training is a plus.At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
