You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles across business, operations, and tech functions — from first outreach to offer acceptance.You'll be embedded in a fast-moving startup environment within a large company, so comfort with ambiguity, speed, and working with fast paced goals.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions — from intake to offer, very independently.Lead proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals, and local networks in BrazilIdentify and engage passive candidates — you know how to get a response where others don'tPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and move fast without sacrificing qualityDrive early-stage pipeline building for new market entry roles and hard-to-fill positionsHelp shape recruiting processes and tooling as a founding team member in this marketWhat We're Looking For7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech, startup, or new market environmentProven track record in proactive/passive sourcing.Experience building pipelines from scratch in early-stage or greenfield marketsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal) — you'll work with regional and global stakeholders regularly.High ownership mentality — you're comfortable owning a req end-to-end without a lot of process guardrailsFamiliarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)Experience working in cross-cultural or multinational teams is a strong plusInterested in joining Keeta?Check out our open positions!
