And as part of our commitment to inclusion, all profiles are welcome.MissionThe FP&A Coordinator – Business Partner role at Coty Brazil plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring strong financial governance, and driving performance management across the Consumer Beauty business.Responsabilities & Duties Own and coordinate the end-to-end P&L planning for Consumer Beauty Brazil, including Budget, Forecast, and StrategicPlan.Lead financial analysis of Actuals vs Budget/Forecast (up to C2), providing clear explanations of key variances by category and customer.Validate financial closing results (BMI), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate guidelines.Manage and analyze COGS, including intercompany transactions, in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Global Financeteams.Act as Finance Business Partner to Commercial, Marketing, and Supply teams, supporting decision-making with a top-down, value-focused perspective.Lead financial governance of A&CP, ensuring correct phasing, accruals, and alignment with commercial initiatives.Represent Finance in the S&OP process, providing the financial view on volume, mix, and profitability impacts.Develop financial scenario simulations (volume, price, mix, investments) to support strategic and tactical decisions.Prepare executive-level presentations with insights, risks, and opportunities for senior management.Ensure data quality, financial controls, and compliance with Coty policies and global FP&A standards.Coordinate, develop, and coach the FP&A analyst team, fostering a strong business-partnering mindset.Requirements and QualificationsAs an experienced FP&A professional, you work in a structured, business-partnering way.Strong analyticalskills.Experience in FP&A processes.Ability to communicate acrosslevels.Additional InformationHybrid work model: 2 days in-person and 3 days remote;Location: Vila Olimpia.
