Job Purpose To monitor and control FPSO process plant operations through the Control Room systems and panels, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production systems and equipment in compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company requirements. Key Responsibilities Continuously monitor Control Room screens, panels, and operational systems. Acknowledge and respond to alarms in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Apply inhibitions to safety systems in compliance with approved procedures, risk assessments, and after proper authorization. Support the execution of safety system tests by monitoring instrumentation readings and operational parameters from the Control Room. Identify abnormal operating conditions and promptly report deviations to the relevant personnel. Maintain effective communication with offshore operational teams to ensure safe and stable plant operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and HSE requirements. Support production optimization and operational continuity activities. Maintain accurate operational records and reports as required. Requirements Technical Diploma in Mechanics, Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Industrial Processes, or related technical fields recognized by MEC or equivalent recognized educational institution abroad. Advanced English Proficiency. Previous offshore FPSO operational experience. Knowledge of process operations and control room systems. Familiarity with safety systems and offshore operational procedures. Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to operational abnormalities.
