Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute high-impact initiatives within our organization. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from planning and alignment to execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met while delivering value to both customers and the business Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple initiatives. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful project execution. Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively managing mitigation plans. Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, timelines, and status updates. Track project performance using KPIs and ensure continuous improvement based on data and feedback. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or related roles. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or digital products. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence). Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
