Creative Director Talent Global LLC — Remote
Part-Time (10 hrs/week) | US Time Zones | Long-Term Contract
About the Role
Our client is a US-based performance marketing agency that builds and scales creative content for brands across paid social and digital channels. They are looking for a Creative Director to serve as the internal quality gate for all creative output — both video and graphics — before it reaches the client. This person will work closely with the agency's leadership team, taking ownership of creative review, direction, and strategy across active accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Review and QA all video and graphic creative assets before client delivery, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and strategic clarity
Provide clear, actionable creative direction to designers and video editors based on client briefs and performance goals
Develop creative strategies for new content batches — defining concept, visual direction, messaging angle, and format
Identify creative weaknesses across active accounts and propose improvements proactively
Maintain a high creative bar across all output, with strong attention to detail in both visual execution and storytelling
Requirements
Proven experience as a Creative Director, Senior Art Director, or equivalent role at a marketing agency or performance-focused creative team
Strong portfolio spanning both video and graphic content — social ads, brand content, or performance creative
Ability to both review/direct existing work and develop new creative strategies from scratch
Deep understanding of what makes creative perform on paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Experience working with or managing designers and video editors
Excellent written and verbal English — able to communicate creative feedback clearly and professionally
Self-directed and highly detail-oriented — comfortable working async with a lean team
Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, or similar) is a plus
Ideal Candidate
This role is for someone who has a natural eye for what's working and what isn't — and can articulate why with precision. They thrive in fast-moving agency environments where standards are high and feedback cycles are tight. They are equally comfortable directing a video edit and reviewing a static ad set, and they understand that creative strategy and execution are inseparable. They don't need to be reminded to raise the bar — they set it.
