This role will serve as a strategic bridge between local entities and Group Treasury, ensuring efficient liquidity management, asset management, financial risk oversight, and regulatory compliance that aligns with Pluxee's global treasury strategy.The position will have a strong focus on Asset Management, which is considered the most critical technical skill for the role. The ideal candidate should bring solid experience within financial services, strong banking relationship management capabilities, and exposure to large-scale financial operations.The role will also support M&A initiatives related to capital allocation, funding, and debt structuring strategies. He/She will lead transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across treasury operations. This position will directly manage 2 managers and an organization of approximately 30 people within a company currently undergoing significant operational and regional transformation.Your next challengeLead regional treasury operations for Brazil, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with Group Treasury.Manage Asset Management and Cash Management activities within a high-complexity regional operation.Oversee operations including:Approximately BRL 4 billion monthly in Asset Management portfolio.More than BRL 3 billion in monthly Cash Operations.More than 10 thousand monthly transfers/exchanges.Consolidate and validate cash flow forecasts, cash positioning, and liquidity planning processes.Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including KYC and regulatory compliance requirements.Monitor financial risks including FX exposure, counterparty credit risk, and Expected Credit Losses (ECL) under IFRS 9.Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate treasury accounting and reporting.Support M&A initiatives related to capital allocation, funding strategies, and debt structuring.Lead transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives, including the use of AI agents to optimize forecasting accuracy and reduce operational deviations.You're a matchBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.6 to 12 years of experience leading Treasury functions, with strong emphasis on Asset Management.Experience across Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Collections, and Accounts Receivable & Credit.Strong background within financial services, liquidity management, and banking relationship management.Experience managing large-scale financial operations, ideally with exposure to transactions in the hundreds of millions or above.Previous experience within high transactional environments, ideally managing operations with more than 10 thousand monthly transfers/exchanges and large-scale regional financial activity.Exposure to M&A, capital allocation, or funding strategies will be considered a strong plus.Experience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial ERPs; SAP is highly preferred.Experience implementing Asset Management Systems or improving Cash Management processes is highly valued.Exposure to automation, digitalization, and financial process improvement initiatives is considered a plus.Advanced/fluent English is mandatory due to constant interaction with global stakeholders and international reporting lines.Experience leading teams and managing direct managers within regional or multinational environments.Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to operate effectively under uncertainty and drive organizational transformation.Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills within a global organization.To get this challenge• Video call with TA Global Expert• Video call or face-to-face with Hiring Manager• Video call with Global Senior StakeholderYour locationSaõ Paulo, BrazilHappy at work1) A meaningful job: Be the change!
