Charly Agency is looking for a senior web operator who can move website and landing page projects fast, cleanly, and without chaos. This is not a beginner role, and it is not a pure design or development role. We want someone who can coordinate clients, designers, developers, copywriters, and SEO specialists, then turn all of that input into high-quality website and landing page deliverables. This is a holistic role that touches copy, design, and technology. The heavier focus is on copy and design tied to a your ability to underatnd a business and its marketing strategy, where good taste is essential. On the technology side, you have developers to lean on, so deep technical expertise is not required. What we want there is thoughtful oversight, the kind any sharp user would bring, to make sure quality standards are met. We are looking for someone sharp, organized, direct, and reliable. Above all, someone responsible. No babysitting, no vague communication, no hiding behind \"I was waiting for feedback.\" You should be eager to learn, open to direction, and quick on feedback. Mistakes happen, but high quality, great communication skills, proactivity and honesty are critical for this role. You should be comfortable with: Managing website and landing page projects from brief to launch Reviewing Figma, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, or Framer work Consolidating feedback from multiple stakeholders Improving landing pages for ads, organic traffic, B2B, B2C, and e-commerce Keeping quality high under tight deadlines Communicating directly with clients in FLUENT ENGLISH when needed Managing scope, priorities, and project budgets Ideal background: 3+ years (5+ preferred) in web design, web development, CRO, UX/UI, digital project management, or website strategy Strong understanding of marketing websites and conversion-focused pages Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable working in PST/PDT timezone Agency experience is a strong plus About us: Charly is a creative agency with a warm, international team that takes the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
