We are looking for a Salesforce Developer - Senior, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will - Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions. - Define architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security. - Translate business requirements into technical strategies and system design. - Develop advanced features using Apex, Lightning (LWC), and integrations. - Lead integration strategies with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs). - Drive code quality initiatives, including reviews and best practices. - Own deployment processes and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD strategies. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership. - Collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. - Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills - Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud). - Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Strong experience with integrations and architecture design. - Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control (Git). - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. - Experience: Minimum 5 years in Salesforce development or related roles. Desirable Skills - Multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect tracks). - Experience with complex data models and large-scale implementations. - Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and multi-cloud environments. - Experience mentoring or leading technical teams. Education - Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields; - or degree in any field plus postgraduate studies in IT (minimum 360 hours).
