Opportunity – Data Engineer (Senior) | Brazil | RemoteHi everyone,We are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a global project supporting a leading multinational company.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy, building scalable data solutions that support decision-making and advanced analytics initiatives.What you will be doing:Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data modelsWork across data lake environments, Snowflake, and Hive-based architecturesSupport analytics, reporting, and business performance monitoringCollaborate closely with data, analytics, and business stakeholdersEnable data infrastructure for machine learning and AI initiativesContribute to the development of data products and applications (including Streamlit and chatbot-based solutions)Help evolve the data and ML ecosystem, supporting scalability and innovationWhat we are looking for:5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data PlatformsStrong experience with SQL and PythonHands-on experience with Spark / PySparkExperience building and maintaining data pipelinesExperience with Airflow (or similar orchestration tools)Experience with AWS and cloud-based data platformsExperience with Snowflake (or similar data warehouse solutions)Strong knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and governanceExperience with Git / version controlStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirementsAbility to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersFluent English (mandatory)Nice to have:Experience with data lake / hybrid data environmentsExperience supporting ML pipelines or AI initiativesExposure to Streamlit, data apps, or chatbotsExperience in global / cross-functional environmentsDetails:Location: Brazil (Remote)Type: ContractWork setup: Home-based
