Responsibilities: - Execute product validation and testing activities in laboratory and field environments; - Support the development and improvement of testing tools, fixtures, and validation processes; - Collect, organize, and document test results and technical evidence; - Identify product issues, unexpected behaviors, and improvement opportunities; - Support troubleshooting and root cause investigation activities together with the Engineering and R&D teams; - Assist with preparation, configuration, and handling of testing equipment and devices; - Perform field tests using company vehicles when required; - Contribute to technical documentation related to validation and testing activities; - Collaborate closely with product development teams to provide practical feedback from field usage and testing scenarios. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering fields such as Electrical, Electronics, Control & Automation, Computer Engineering, or related areas; - Valid driver’s license (Category B); - Availability for field activities and external testing routines; - Hands-on profile with strong autonomy and problem-solving skills; - Good organizational and communication skills; - Interest in hardware products, testing, and validation activities; - Advanced English for reading documentation and supporting technical communication. Nice to Have... - Previous experience with product testing, validation, technical support, or field activities; - Familiarity with electronics, sensors, embedded systems, or electromechanical products; - Experience withtechnical troubleshooting and issue investigation; - Basic knowledgeof data collection and technical documentation; - Experience working with hardware products or engineering prototypes.
