Job ResponsibilitiesPerform operation and maintenance tasks for wind turbine generators (WTGs) in accordance with established procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable turbine operation.Support scheduled and corrective maintenance activities, including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, component replacement, and basic technical upgrades.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure turbines and related equipment are operating properly.Monitor turbine performance through SCADA systems and promptly report abnormalities or faults to the O&M supervisor.Assist in troubleshooting common WTG and SCADA issues and support efforts to minimize turbine downtime.Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and technical documentation in accordance with company procedures.Work closely with the site O&M team and support communication with headquarters when necessary.II. Skill RequirementsCollege degree or above.Major in electrical engineering, electrical automation, mechanical engineering, or other related engineering disciplines is preferred.GWO certificate holder or other qualifications recognized by local regulations.Familiar with wind turbine generator (WTG) systems and SCADA systems; ability to handle common operational faults. Previous O&M experience is preferred.Fluent in Portuguese for daily communication and work in Brazil; basic English skills are preferred for communication with international teams.
