Join SHEIN and be the future!ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Procurement Specialist with a strong foundation in Sourcing and a proven ability to deliver results in cost optimization and supplier management .This role is ideal for a senior analyst ready to operate with greater autonomy, influence cross-functional decisions, and contribute directly to business performance through strategic sourcing initiatives.You will play a key role in driving efficiency, improving supplier performance, and supporting a more competitive cost structure.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Optimization & Strategic SourcingLead cost-saving initiatives across categories, identifying opportunities through negotiation, benchmarking, and supplier development.Apply a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach to support more effective sourcing decisions.Contribute to building a more competitive and scalable supplier base.Supplier ManagementManage supplier relationships, ensuring performance in cost, quality, and delivery.Conduct negotiations and support contract discussions with a balanced, data-driven approach.Identify risks and opportunities within the supplier base and act accordingly.Cross-Functional PartnershipWork closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Planning teams.Provide sourcing insights to support product development, operational planning, and cost decisions.Act as a reliable business partner, bringing solutions and not just identifying issues.Operational & Inventory EfficiencyCollaborate on initiatives to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete stock.Support improvements in working capital and supply reliability.Performance & ReportingTrack savings initiatives and contribute to procurement performance metrics.Monitor supplier KPIs and support continuous improvement actions.What we are looking forSolid experience in procurement or sourcing (senior analyst level).Proven track record or strong exposure to cost reduction initiatives .Ability to work with autonomy and prioritize effectively.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Analytical mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach.Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.BackgroundDegree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Experience in dynamic environments (retail, fashion, e-commerce, or similar) is a plus.CAREERS AT SHEINWe Commit to InclusionAt SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
