The incumbent will lead the end-to-end launch of self-branded industrial products from scratch, build a localized supply chain system, and cater to the procurement needs of clients in manufacturing, energy, mining, infrastructure and other industries in Brazil. The position covers the full cycle of production, listing and sales of private brand products to achieve core business targets.Job Responsibilities1. Channel Development & Sales Structure Optimizationa) Distribution Channel Develop and manage a distributor/dealer network across Brazil's key industrial regions. Identify, onboard, and maintain long-term partnerships with qualified industrial distributors who can extend JD industrials' private brand product reach to mid-market and SME clients not covered by direct KA sales. Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing tiers, channel incentive policies, and inventory arrangements. Provide product training, marketing support, and after-sales service coordination to distribution partners. Continuously optimize the channel structure — balancing KA direct sales and distributor coverage — to drive stable profit growth and market penetration.b) Key Account Channel Deeply explore the local Brazilian industrial market and develop top-tier clients in manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure. Independently conduct client visits, demand research, business negotiations, and contract signing. Maintain long-term strategic relationships with core clients, dig into MRO industrial product procurement demands, and promote the inclusion of JD's private brand products into clients' procurement systems.2. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Conduct in-depth research on Brazilian industrial market demand, competitor pricing structures, and market entry rules. Produce a competitive white paper on top-priority categories within the first 3 months. Identify local client pain points, channel gaps and market gaps to inform product and go-to-market strategy.3. Product Strategy & Assortment Optimization Formulate core category planning, product standards, and pricing strategies for private brands with differentiated pricing and SKU strategies for KA vs. distributor channels based on insights from market research. Continuously track market feedback of launched products, iterate and optimize SKUs to adapt to local market needs, and enhance core product competitiveness.4. Business Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with JD.com Industry's China headquarters and local Brazilian teams to synchronize local market demands, and jointly promote product compliance certification (INMETRO, ANATEL, etc.), quality control, delivery, and after-sales services. Take ownership of core KPIs including GMV, channel revenue mix, distributor onboarding volume, supplier onboarding volume, and market share of self-branded products. Regularly submit business progress reports covering merchant recruitment, client development, and supply chain construction to ensure efficient and steady business operation.Job Requirements1. Basic QualificationsBrazilian citizen or permanent resident holder with native Portuguese proficiency and competent English for daily work. Familiar with Brazilian commercial regulations, industrial market environment and business etiquette.2. Professional ExperienceBachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in B2B key account sales and factory merchandising within Brazil's industrial sector . Prior experience in MRO, low-voltage electrical equipment, industrial tools, personal protective equipment, spare parts and related categories is preferred.3. Resources & Professional CompetenciesPossess mature local resources and connections with Brazilian industrial manufacturers and key industrial clients. Proven track record in independent key account development and successful OEM/ODM project cooperation landing. Familiar with Brazilian industrial product compliance certification (e.g., INMETRO), local supply chain operation and transaction procedures.4. Comprehensive CompetenciesExcellent skills in high-level business negotiation, project management and market insight, capable of independently delivering private brand merchandising projects. Strong stress tolerance and self-motivation, adaptable to frequent business trips.
