If you are a communicator, highly organized, and eager to handle both active client relationship management and strategic prospecting, this is your opportunity to drive impact and grow within our business.Key Responsibilities:Identify, map, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic leads within the market to expand the company's client base;Lead the entire sales cycle for new accounts, from initial cold outreach and qualification to complex negotiations and contract closing;Analyze industry trends and competitor movements to identify untapped segments and potential areas for revenue growth;Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong, trusted, and long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level/Directors);Deeply understand clients' business challenges and goals to offer new solutions, maximizing revenue and increasing account share-of-wallet;Proactively monitor account health and engagement metrics to anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and prevent client turnover;Collaborate with the Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and seamless delivery of promised solutions.Requirements and Qualifications:Excellent communication and negotiation skills;High energy to handle a large volume of concurrent contacts and processes;Proactivity to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions;Previous experience in sales, as relationship manager or account manager roles is a strong plus;Previous experience in fintechs, credit products (financial institucions) or baas;Advanced English level required.
