We are seeking a Senior SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to oversee end-to-end procurement and supplier management processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role is vital for ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing, and invoice processing while designing solutions that enhance supplier collaboration and cost control in a manufacturing environmentKey Responsibilities- Solution Architecture: Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions and architect procurement processes including requisitions, POs, and invoice verification.- Process Definition: Define sourcing strategies, approval workflows, and ensure integration with FI, warehouse, and logistics.- Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP MM in both ECC and S/4HANA, setting up release strategies, pricing conditions, and inventory processes.- Project Delivery: Define scope and timelines for P2P workstreams and lead workshops with procurement and finance teams.- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between procurement, finance, and IT to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions.- Performance Optimization: Improve procurement efficiency and cost savings while enhancing invoice accuracy and cycle times.Required Skills & Qualifications- English Level: Advanced / Fluent (Mandatory).- Experience: 8+ years of experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA MM.- Industry Expertise: Proven Manufacturing experience (Required).Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong plus.- Technical Mastery:oDeep expertise in SAP MM, procurement, purchasing, and inventory management.oExtensive knowledge of invoice verification and cross-module integration.
