You will play a key support role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):Sourcing & Pipeline Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing potential candidates using various channelsCandidate Screening & Coordination: Help review resumes and applications for basic fit against job requirements. Schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers/recruiters.Interview Coordination & Logistics: Manage interview calendars, send confirmations and reminders, coordinate interview rooms or virtual meeting links, and greet candidates.Candidate Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview schedules, status updates (as directed), and general inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Employer Branding Support (Potential): May assist with basic tasks related to promoting the company as an employer of choice on social media or career sites.Recruitment Project Assistance: Provide support on ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications (Who You Are):Education: Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Language Skills: Fluent in English and Portuguese is preferredStrong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in all required languages. Ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proactive & Eager to Learn: Highly motivated, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn about recruitment and HR processes.
