Join Keeta as we take this success story into new markets, driving innovation, growth, and excellence.This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll process, playing a crucial role in the well-being of our employees and the financial health of the company.Key responsibilities :Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation.Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes.Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation.Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations (eSocial, RAIS, DIRF, among others).Provide support and assistance to employees for clarification of doubts related to payroll, benefits, and labor legislation.Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation, staying updated on changes.Prepare management reports and personnel cost analyses.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.Experience in payroll.Technical skills:Advanced proficiency in Excel.Experience with payroll systems.Experience with Workday is a differential.Behavioral skills :Fluent English.Excellent interpersonal and written communication.Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.Proactivity and problem-solving skills.Why Join KeetaKeeta is redefining the future of food delivery with a bold vision and innovative spirit.
