About the RoleWe're looking for a Contract & Compliance Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the full lifecycle of agent/partner contracts and compliance processes. You will play a key role in ensuring contractual accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while acting as a bridge between business and Legal/Compliance teams.If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to balance compliance requirements with business needs, this role is for you.What You'll Do• Draft, review, analyze, and manage the full lifecycle of agent/partner contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance;• Develop and improve compliance review mechanisms for agents/partners, regularly assessing operational risks and preparing compliance reports;• Act as a communication bridge between the business team and Legal/Compliance departments, coordinating and resolving matters related to contract execution and compliance;• Optimize contract management processes to improve operational efficiency while maintaining a balance between regulatory compliance and business efficiency;• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance and contract management processes.What We're Looking For• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, compliance review, or related operations; experience with agent/partner management models is a plus;• Strong risk identification skills, attention to detail, and structured logical thinking;• Good cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure;• Ability to implement and improve processes efficiently.
