Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 – June 2026) FUNCTION: Key Account Manager Brazil LOCATION: Minas Gerais / Brazil JOB TYPE: Permanent JOB GRADE: BR13 GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: This position is critical to ensuring sustained commercial performance in Minas Gerais and Goiás region, which represents the highest number of distributor and is nationally known as the "Wholesales Headquarters"; this region is the frontier of the 2 high density areas (Southeast and Northeast). The territory covered concentrates a significant portion of national demand. This area is essential to Envu to keep and increase our capillarity. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: This role directly supports execution of the business strategy and is responsible for driving: Sustained revenue growth in the highest-value region in Brazil; Expansion of market share in high-density urban areas; Development of strategic distributor; Strengthening demand generation initiatives and pipeline robustness; Mitigating competitive pressure in the most contested marketplace. Deliver AOP and Financial Targets: Lead business management with partners building and monitoring sell-out campaigns, goals plan, inventory and order management, credit and collection alignment, financial tools, action plan and distributor growth in the medium/long term. Accelerate Business Growth. Expanding market penetration drives new business opportunities. Strengthen Channels: Builds strategic distributor partnerships and increases end-user exposure to maximize portfolio reach. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, or Animal Science (Zootechny) required; Relevant experience in commercial roles within agriculture, animal health, or related industries; English Intermediate level required; Willingness to travel frequently; Proven experience working with distributors and/or wholesalers; Solid background in multinational companies; Strong analytical capability, including ability to manage and interpret sell-in and sell-out data; Experience in commercial campaign development and execution; Solid understanding of distribution and channel management (B2B indirect sales model); Results-oriented profile with resilience; Strong ability to work in a dynamic and flexible sales environment; Balanced profile between strategic thinking and operational execution; Commercial experience with urban pest control products.
