Job Profile: Guidewire Insurance Now Technical ArchitectJob Type: Long-time based contract-based Job OpportunityLocation: 100% Remote in BrazilJob Description:Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Guidewire Insurance Now Technical Architect with deep expertise in InsuranceNow architecture, design, and implementation, along with strong domain knowledge in the Homeowners line of business. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture across product configuration, integrations, workflows, forms, and enterprise alignment for InsuranceNow-based transformations or enhancements.This is a fully onsite role requiring direct collaboration with client business and technology leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end technical architecture for Guidewire InsuranceNow solutions supporting the Homeowners LOB.Lead architecture and design for policy administration capabilities including product configuration, workflows, forms, data structures, integrations, and servicing processes.Translate business and underwriting requirements into scalable InsuranceNow-aligned solution designs.Provide technical leadership across configuration, customization, integration, performance, environment strategy, and release readiness.Design and review integrations between InsuranceNow and external/internal systems including rating, payments, documents, data providers, and enterprise platforms.Guide development and QA teams on architecture standards, coding/configuration practices, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.Conduct design reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and recommend solution improvements for scalability, resilience, and maintainability.Partner with client stakeholders, business teams, product owners, and delivery leadership in onsite workshops and technical governance meetings.Required QualificationsStrong experience as a Guidewire InsuranceNow Architect / Technical Lead / Senior Solution Designer.Deep hands-on knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceNow architecture, configuration constructs, rules, workflows, portal/UI considerations, forms, and integration patterns.Strong experience in P&C insurance, with specific exposure to the Homeowners line of business.Expertise in insurance product design, servicing lifecycle, policy administration integrations, and enterprise solution alignment.Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and enterprise integration design.Ability to work closely with business and technical teams to shape solution roadmaps and delivery plans.Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills, with prior experience in onsite stakeholder management.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing solutions for regional/property insurance carriers.Exposure to cloud-native or hybrid deployment models, observability, DevOps, and release governance.Familiarity with regulatory, forms, document, and rating ecosystem considerations relevant to Homeowners insurance.
