Responsibilities:Serve as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the overseas regional business team, supporting local organizational development and personnel growth.Drive the implementation of HR functions—including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations—in alignment with business needs.Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between the China headquarters and the local overseas team.Support the execution and optimization of regional HR processes, policies, and guidelines.Contribute to local team management and assist in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience.Requirements:Must-have:Professional proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.Experience as an HRBP or in a related human resources role.Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.Experience supporting overseas teams.Background in manufacturing, robotics, automation, or B2B enterprise environments is preferred.
