We are looking for a Salesforce Developer - Senior, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions. Define architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security. Translate business requirements into technical strategies and system design. Develop advanced features using Apex, Lightning (LWC), and integrations. Lead integration strategies with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs). Drive code quality initiatives, including reviews and best practices. Own deployment processes and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD strategies. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud). Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong experience with integrations and architecture design. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control (Git). Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Salesforce development or related roles. Desirable Skills Multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect tracks). Experience with complex data models and large-scale implementations. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and multi-cloud environments. Experience mentoring or leading technical teams. Education Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields; or degree in any field plus postgraduate studies in IT (minimum 360 hours). >>>>> What do we offer?
