IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Global Projects)About the Role:We are looking for a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, global technology initiatives.This role requires a hands-on understanding of the full infrastructure project lifecycle , with direct experience managing end-to-end integration across enterprise environments .You will work daily with global teams across India and the United States , making full English fluency (C2 level) a critical requirement.Required QualificationsProven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager in global corporate environmentsStrong understanding of how infrastructure projects are structured and executed across the full lifecycleDemonstrated experience in integrating multiple infrastructure components , including:Endpoint & workplace servicesIdentity & access (AD / Azure AD)Microsoft 365 (tenant migrations, email migrations)Cloud & on-premise environmentsServers, networks, storage, and databasesExperience managing complex, multi-stream, cross-functional technology programsSolid experience with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, or equivalent)Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure, global environmentsLanguage Requirement (MANDATORY)English: C2 / Full Professional Fluency (MANDATORY)Must be fully capable of leading meetings, presentations, and negotiations in English on a daily basisDirect interaction with global teams (India and US)Ideal ProfileStrong background in enterprise infrastructure transformation projectsExperience dealing with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teamsHands-on mindset with the ability to connect technical depth with project governanceComfortable navigating complex environments and high visibility programsWork DetailsWork model: Hybrid from Sao Paulo and / or Remote from BrazilContract: 06 months (extendable)Hiring Model: PJ (as contractor)
