Antom, part of Ant International, is expanding its financial infrastructure across Latin America. We are looking for a strategic specialist to drive our Treasury, Liquidity Management, and Fund Structuring initiatives — acting as the core link between our Payments and Credit operations, the Brazilian market, and our global Treasury ecosystem. What you will do - Map and translate business requirements across the Payments, Banking, and Credit verticals into actionable financial strategies. - Propose scalable financial solutions that bridge local Brazilian operations with the Global Treasury framework. - Validate the structuring of financial vehicles — with a strong focus on FIDCs — and manage the company's overall capital efficiency. - Ensure all financial products strictly comply with safeguarding standards and Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) regulations. - Take a hands-on approach to resolving operational bottlenecks and maximizing portfolio profitability. What we are looking for - Deep practical expertise in treasury and liquidity management, with hands-on experience in acquiring and PIX structures. - Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong capacity for systemic problem-solving in complex financial environments. - Solid understanding of Brazilian financial regulations, particularly BCB requirements for payment institutions and fintechs. - Fluent English — you will work closely with global teams across multiple time zones, and clear communication in English is essential for day-to-day collaboration. Nice to have - Practical knowledge of Cross-Border and FX financial operations in emerging markets.
