ABOUT THE ROLE As a Strategy Operations Manager, you will be will support various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives and operational excellence within our organization. You will analyze and structure complex problems, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, present findings, and propose actionable solutions to senior leadership. This role requires a high level of autonomy, alongside the ability to prioritize effectively within the business context, and ability to navigate ambiguities. Responsabilities: ● Strategic Analysis & Data-Driven Recommendations : structure complex operational challenges and conduct analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Drive actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data, offering executive-level recommendations and tracking progress in uncertain contexts. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration : collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align strategic objectives with operational capabilities, driving organizational growth and sustainability. ● Team Managemen t: lead, mentor, and coordinate team members to ensure effective execution, accountability, and alignment with strategic and operational goals. ● Performance Monitoring & Project Leadership : develop and monitor KPIs related to operational efficiency and strategy execution. Oversee strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. ● Ambiguity & Change Management : navigate uncertainty using strategic frameworks and critical thinking to foster clarity. Support the implementation of changes by developing management strategies, training, and effective communication to facilitate smooth transitions. Qualifications: ● 5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Operations, or Consulting (experience in e-Commerce, Digital/Tech companies is a plus). ● Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including strong usage of analytical tools (Python, R, SQL or similar) ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear recommendations. ● Verbal and written communication in Portuguese and in English. ● Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields .
