It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building markets rather than just managing them.About the RoleThis is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you will work closely with distributors and retail partners to grow the brand, develop local markets, and deliver commercial results.ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & Market DevelopmentSupport the execution of LATAM sales plans across priority countriesWork with distributors to implement go-to-market activities and sales initiativesAssist in building annual sales plans and forecasts with regional guidanceSupport market expansion activities in selected countries and channelsDistributor & Retail ManagementManage day-to-day relationships with distributors and key retail partnersSupport onboarding and activation of new distribution partnersAssist in pricing alignment, promotions, and product assortment executionMonitor basic sell-in / sell-out performance and flag risks or opportunitiesSupport in-store execution including product visibility and promotionsSales Execution & Performance ManagementTrack and report sales performance across assigned marketsSupport KPI monitoring including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levelsAssist in preparation of sales reports and market updatesGather competitor and market insights from distributors and retailersCross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with supply chain and logistics teams on order and delivery trackingSupport marketing and sales teams in adapting materials for local marketsProvide regular feedback from distributors and customersQualifications3–6 years of sales or channel management experience in Latin AmericaExperience working with distributors, retailers, or sales partnersUnderstanding of retail or channel-based sales modelsFluent Spanish required; Portuguese (Brazil) is a strong advantageGood level of English for internal communicationComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentWillingness to travel within Latin AmericaRequired SkillsHands-on and execution-orientedStrong relationship builder with distributors and customersPractical, structured, and reliable in follow-throughComfortable working independently with guidance from HQCurious and eager to grow into a regional leadership rolePreferred SkillsPool equipment, home appliances, consumer electronics, or similar industriesExperience working with distributors or retail partners in Latin AmericaExposure to B2B or channel sales environments is a strong plus
