About the position: We are looking for a Senior Facilities Analyst who is committed and passionate about people! This role will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of office facilities and event planning and execution to ensure that they meet the needs of Garena. Responsibilities: Ensure that the workplace is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly Ensure employees are properly accommodated in a workplace that supports their needs and expectations Set up and improve processes that facilitate everyday operations, from maintenance requests to layout changes Oversee and work with the workplace provider on contracts and service vendors that include security, parking, cleaning, catering, etc. Plan and execute internal events, keeping event plans under budget and on schedule Support onboarding logistics for new hires (desk setup, equipment coordination, building access) Support other People-related tasks as required Main job requirements: 3 to 5 years' experience in Facility Management or Office Administration Superior/higher degree completed Ability to bring new ideas to discussion and execute them Attention to detail and ability to see the implications for the bigger picture Strong ethics and discretion Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Strong time management and self-management skills Customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player Note: Must be able to work on the weekends when required for office maintenance matters.
