We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP-driven finance processes.This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of the full financial administration, support leadership with clear financial insights, and play a key role in ERP system changes or implementation projects.Key responsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsLead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital monitoringAnalyze business performance and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport senior management with financial insights and recommendationsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax rules, IFRS, and internal policiesTake responsibility for complete financial administrationManage and support finance team membersCoordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and external stakeholdersImprove finance processes, controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencyERP / system change responsibilitiesSupport or lead ERP system changes, upgrades, or implementation projectsWork with IT teams and external consultants to map finance processesSupport data migration, reconciliation, testing, and validationLead finance UAT to ensure correct reporting and transaction processingTrain finance users on new ERP processes and reporting toolsIdentify opportunities for automation, controls improvement, and better reportingRequired experienceStrong Finance Manager / Financial Controller backgroundExperience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and business performance analysisERP implementation, upgrade, or finance system change experienceStrong understanding of ERP finance processesKnowledge of IFRSKnowledge of project administrationKnowledge of Brazilian legislationExperience in project/service business is preferredMaritime industry experience is a strong plusEnglish language skills are requiredPragmatic, hands-on, and able to take full ownership of finance operationsApply directly or contact me to discuss further.
