SAP P2D – S&OP Senior Consultant At Stefanini Latam Digital, we are looking for a highly experienced SAP P2D – Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Senior Consultant / Lead to join a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative within the manufacturing industry. Location & Work Model Full On-site position in São Paulo Contractor model via Deel Monthly payments in USD Key Responsibilities Design and implement SAP S/4HANA S&OP solutions across demand and supply planning processes Configure and optimize SAP planning platforms including: SAP IBP SAP APO SAP S&OP Develop forecasting models, inventory optimization strategies, and scenario planning capabilities Ensure integration across Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Sales, and Finance Lead workshops with business stakeholders and define planning workstream scopes and timelines Coordinate data integration and support end-to-end planning transformation initiatives Improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and service level performance through analytics-driven decision making Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA planning solutions Strong hands-on expertise with: SAP IBP SAP APO SAP S&OP Deep understanding of: Demand Planning Supply Planning Forecasting Models Inventory Optimization Proven experience within the Manufacturing industry (MANDATORY) Automotive industry experience is a strong plus Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (MANDATORY) Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Why Join Stefanini Latam Digital?
