Join SHEIN and be the future!ABOUT THE ROLEThis role is responsible for guiding new sellers through the onboarding process and ensuring they are ready to sell on our marketplace platform.This role will be based 100% on-site at our office in São Paulo/Faria Lima.Responsabilities:Contact the potential sellers and guide them to register on our platform successfully.Teach the new sellers step by step until they launch their products and start to sell.Discover and select potential sellers to provide the targeted products based on SHEIN's business strategy.Collect the feedback about the system usage and help SHEIN improve our sellerhub.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in communication, commercial management, or related subjects.Previous experience in the marketplace and e-commerce roles, with availability in handling a huge number of sellers.Patient, flexible, devoted, and data-sensible.Proactivity, communication, and commercial ambition.Advanced / Fluent English is a plus.At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
