Supporting one of our clients, a multinational company in the oil & gas and offshore sector, we are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Spare Parts Analyst to support spare parts operations and commercial activities for Brazilian customers.Based in Rio de Janeiro, this professional will be part of a commercial team responsible for quotations, order processing, customer follow-up, and internal coordination to ensure efficient service and support for major players in the Brazilian offshore industry.Your main responsibilities will include:Preparing spare parts quotations for customersProcessing incoming orders and keeping customers informed on ongoing orders until deliveryFollowing up orders internally with other departments at our office & workshopPreferred qualifications:Good knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage but not a requirementExperience in spare parts salesExperience with offshore or oil & gas customers is highly valued, particularly within the Brazilian marketBasic technical understanding to interpret incoming customer inquiries; ideally a technical education or relevant work experience in a related technical field.Good communication skills in both Portuguese and EnglishIf you join us, we can offer:A busy and exciting work environment in a global organization with friendly colleaguesCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with local market practicesVarious welfare benefits, like Health insurance
