Who you are We are looking for a Central Ops Manager (Temporary) with a hybrid profile: highly analytical, hands-on, with team leadership experience and a vision for solution architecture. This person will be responsible for coordinating and developing a team of 4 people, as well as directly executing complex projects, partner data integrations, and solving critical issues. The goal is to ensure the continuity, efficiency, and evolution of operational data governance, financial intelligence (billing/payments), the evolution of the partner user support platform, and forecasting models. What will you do: Technology Integrations and Partner Projects Map, evaluate, and design data integration possibilities with external partners, ensuring that data flows integrate seamlessly with internal systems; Directly lead and execute data and system integration projects (via APIs, webhooks, etc.), serving as the technical and operational focal point between the company and external partners. Technical Execution and Critical Projects (Hands-on) Directly develop and implement strategic data projects, automations (n8n), and artificial intelligence, serving as the main technical reference for the team; Act in solving crises or critical problems in data operations, financial billing reconciliation, and payouts/payments; Design and refine the most complex mathematical/statistical models for forecasting and demand/revenue predictability; Ensure the correct data architecture within the Google Cloud ecosystem (BigQuery) to support board-level decision-making. Team Management and Development Lead, guide, and empower a team of 4 people (2 analysts and 2 assistants), separating daily operations from analytical and structural deliverables; Mentor assistants in operational routines and analysts in technical evolution (SQL, Python, n8n, Cloud); Manage the roadmap and prioritization of Central Ops demands, aligning deliverables with the Operations, Finance, and Product departments. Billing Governance and Disputes Platform Ensure the continuous operation and evolution of the internal platform/portal for partner user (service providers) payment requests and disputes, working on product improvement and reducing support bottlenecks; Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment data, creating safety gates and analytical audits in the processes to prevent payout errors. The skills and experience you will bring Hands-on Profile: Previous experience working as a Specialist, Coordinator, or Manager who writes code, queries, creates automation flows, and does not just manage; Practical experience with API integrations (REST, JSON, Webhooks) and understanding of system/data architecture; Experience in leading and developing teams with different seniority levels (analysts and assistants); Advanced technical mastery of SQL (essential) and handling large volumes of data in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions); Practical experience building process automations using market tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Python, or JavaScript); Solid practical knowledge in forecasting models, time series, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools; Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking), essential for technical meetings and scope negotiations with international partners. Nice to Have / Differentials: Previous experience in the gig economy, marketplaces, logistics, delivery apps, or on-demand services markets; Practical experience in applying Generative AI to business processes (Vertex AI / Google Studio / Gemini); Spanish is a plus.
