The client's identity will be disclosed during the recruitment process.Role Purpose:To lead and execute the HR strategy for Brazil, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Act as a strategic business partner to local leadership while managing talent acquisition, development, retention, employee relations, labor compliance, and union relations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global guidelinesLead end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and managerial roles (engineering, production, R&D)Drive leadership development, succession planning, and performance management programsEnsure compliance with Brazilian labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory standards (NRs)Manage relationships with unions and government entitiesConduct climate surveys and implement action plans to improve engagementServe as primary HR contact for global headquarters, including reporting and policy alignmentLead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and people-related ESG initiativesOversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (SAP or similar – a plus)Mandatory Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fieldsPostgraduate degree or MBA in HR Management or Business AdministrationFluent English (mandatory) – required for daily interactions with global teams, reports, and negotiationsPrevious experience in the manufacturing industry (electronics, automotive, or high-tech preferred)Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor law and union relationsStrong data analysis skills and experience with HR metrics (KPIs, headcount, turnover, absenteeism)Desirable Requirements:Intermediate/Advanced Spanish – to support Latin American operationsExperience in matrix-structured multinational companiesCertifications in Change Management, Coaching, or OKRsKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or WorkdayKey Competencies:Strategic and business-driven mindsetStrong negotiation and influencing skillsResilience and conflict managementResults and people-orientedProactive and adaptable to dynamic environmentsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + profit sharingMedical and dental insuranceMeal voucher or on-site diningPrivate pension planLife insuranceLeadership development programsMulticultural environment with international growth opportunities
