This is a senior-level opportunity for professionals passionate about warehouse management, automation, logistics optimization, and enterprise-scale SAP implementations. Location & Work Model - Full On-site position in São Paulo - Contractor model via Deel - Monthly payments in USD Key Responsibilities - Design and implement SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions for end-to-end warehouse operations - Define and optimize: - Inbound Processes - Outbound Processes - Internal Warehouse Operations - Inventory Movements - Configure warehouse structures in embedded or decentralized EWM environments: - Storage Types - Storage Bins - Handling Units - Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and: MM, SD, PP, TM - Logistics & Procurement processes - Implement and optimize: - RF/Mobile Processes - Wave Management - Labor Management - Warehouse Automation - Support integrations with conveyors, robotics, and automated warehouse technologies - Lead workshops with Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations stakeholders - Coordinate workstreams, data migration activities, testing, and go-live support - Improve warehouse throughput, space utilization, and KPI visibility through SAP analytics and process optimization initiatives Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience working with SAP EWM - Strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions - Deep knowledge of: - Handling Unit Management - RF/Mobile Data Entry - Warehouse Automation - Warehouse Operations - Strong integration experience with: MM, SD, PP, TM - Proven experience within Manufacturing environments (MANDATORY) - Automotive industry experience is a strong plus - Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations - Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (MANDATORY) - Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Why Join Stefanini Latam Digital?
