Join SHEIN and be the future!Key Responsibilities● Pickup Operations Management: Oversee daily pickup operations across Brazil, ensuring sellers are collected within SLA and operational targets. Coordinate pickup flows with logistics providers, monitor execution quality, and proactively address operational risks, delays, and capacity constraints.● Supplier Coordination & Performance Management: Manage relationships with pickup service providers and carriers, conducting regular operational reviews, aligning volume forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company standards and KPIs. Drive accountability and corrective actions when performance deviations occur.● Data Analysis & Decision Making: Analyze operational data, pickup performance, seller behavior, capacity utilization, and cost indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.● Operational Planning & Execution: Support short-, medium-, and long-term pickup planning, balancing operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization. Coordinate operational contingencies during peak periods and large-scale campaigns.● Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement initiatives to improve pickup efficiency, reduce failures, enhance seller experience, and optimize operational costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, operational processes, and execution standards.● Incident Management & Escalation Handling: Lead operational issue resolution related to pickup execution, seller complaints, collection failures, and supplier performance. Ensure fast escalation, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions.● Field Operations & Seller Experience: Conduct field visits with logistics providers and sellers to validate operational standards, improve pickup experience, and ensure operational compliance. Maintain close visibility of frontline operational challenges.● Strategic Projects & Network Development: Support strategic initiatives related to pickup network expansion, operational model optimization, collection point management, and logistics performance improvement projects.Requirements● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.● Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations in Brazil, preferably in e-commerce, express logistics, or first mile operations.● Strong knowledge of pickup operations, logistics supplier management, operational KPIs, and field execution.● Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make operational decisions based on data, performance indicators, and operational trends.● Operational & Analytical Profile: Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment.● Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify root causes, manage operational risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.● Supplier Management Experience: Experience coordinating logistics providers, conducting performance reviews, and driving operational improvements.● Project Management Skills: Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and cross-functional logistics projects.● Hands-on Approach: Willingness to engage directly with field operations, logistics providers, and sellers to ensure operational excellence.● Portuguese fluency is mandatory.● Intermediate English is required; fluent English is considered a strong plus.● Spanish and/or Mandarin are considered a plus.CAREERS AT SHEINWe Commit to InclusionAt SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
