You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clientsMaintain regular visits and contacts with existing / new customersUnderstand client needs and objectives, ensuring our solutions align with their business goalsAct as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the companyBusiness Development:Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and seek new potential clientsCollaborate with the sales, marketing and technical teams to create effective strategies for business growthStay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activitiesSales and Revenue Generation:Define, develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability for the companyWork closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address client needs and provide input on new product offeringsLiaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client projectsReporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and sales forecastsProvide regular reports and updates to Sales Director on current activities, key account performance and market trendsQualifications and Requirements:Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the manufacturing industryStrong understanding of manufacturing, technologies and industry trendsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFrench and Spanish would be a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
