Role Description This is a contract, remote role for Rubber Engineers specializing in the tire industry. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing tire rubber formulations, ensuring quality and performance standards, analyzing raw materials, and modifying processes to meet client requirements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and manufacturing efficiency. Qualifications Expertise in Rubber Engineering, Polymer Science, and Material DevelopmentStrong knowledge of tire rubber formulations and testing methodologiesExperience in technical analysis and process optimizationProficiency in industry-standard software and equipment for rubber testing and developmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaborationBachelor's or higher degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in the tire or rubber industry is highly preferred
