Your mission:This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Reserve Desk (Cabine de Reserva), ensuring daily liquidity and full compliance with the Brazilian Payment System (SPB) and Central Bank (BCB) regulations. The role bridges the gap between technical back-office accounting and strategic liquidity management.Your profile:Reserve Desk Operations: Manage the opening, monitoring, and closing of activities within STR, SELIC, and SPI/Pix environments.Liquidity Management: Monitor intraday cash flow, execute transactions, and support liquidity projections to ensure timely settlement of all financial obligations.Financial Control: Perform daily reconciliations of bank, settlement, and reserve accounts, including treasury balances and AP/AR routines.Accounting : Prepare and review accounting entries following COSIF standards and internal policies. Support monthly closing and discrepancy analysis.Regulatory Reporting: Validate and assist in the preparation of regulatory reports, including CADOCs and UNICAD data.Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements to mitigate operational risks and automate manual workflows.Required Skills:Payment Systems: Direct experience operating within the Brazilian Payment System (STR, SELIC, SPI/Pix).Reserve Desk Operator Certification (Formação de Piloto Reserva Bancária)Regulatory Framework: Advanced knowledge of Central Bank (BCB) Resolutions (specifically 80, 81, and 197) and S4/S5 prudential frameworks.Accounting Standards: Proficiency in COSIF classification, journal entries, and trial balance review.Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel/VBA or Business Intelligence (BI) tools for stress testing and cash flow forecasting.Language: Fluent English for reporting to international investors and negotiating global contracts.Precision: High level of accuracy in regulatory arithmetic and accounting reconciliations.Risk Mitigation: Ability to identify operational vulnerabilities and implement controls.Strategic Alignment: Capability to balance back-office compliance requirements with financial profitability goals.Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex regulatory data into clear financial insights.Why us?We hire talent who act as One Team, Ask Why, and take an Ownership Mindset to deliver bold, creative solutions.
