About the Role
Keeta is looking for a sharp, data-savvy operator who knows how to unlock growth in a merchant ecosystem. As Merchant Operations Manager – Merchant Growth, you won't be managing accounts day-to-day — you'll be the person who figures out why a merchant segment is underperforming, designs the intervention, and proves it works.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and merchant insight. You'll work closely with merchant-facing teams, but your output is upstream: frameworks, playbooks, and growth levers that scale.

What You'll Do
Find and Activate Growth Levers
- Identify underexploited growth opportunities across merchant segments — through traffic patterns, conversion gaps, menu performance, and campaign data.
- Design and test targeted interventions: traffic optimization, promotional mechanics, menu restructuring, and operational improvements.
- Build merchant segmentation frameworks that enable more precise, higher-impact strategies at scale.
Turn Data into Merchant Insight
- Analyze behavioral and performance data to surface actionable patterns merchants and internal teams can act on.
- Develop and optimize marketing campaigns across in-app and external channels, using analytics to improve ROI.
- Run structured experiments (A/B tests, pilots) and translate results into scalable playbooks.
Stay Sharp on the Market
- Track competitor strategies, pricing models, and platform dynamics to sharpen your growth recommendations.
- Translate market intelligence into practical guidance for merchant optimization and positioning.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Merchant Management to move from insight to implementation.
- Own end-to-end delivery of growth initiatives — from diagnosis and design to rollout and measurement.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Proven experience in platform operations, marketplace growth, merchant success, or a strategy/consulting role with a merchant or partner focus.
- Strong analytical foundation — comfortable with Excel, BI tools; able to build a case from data.
- Experience designing or managing growth programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong communicator who can translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Fluent English; cross-border collaboration is part of the job.
