Role: Contract Specialist Location: Remote (Brazil) Duration: Long term Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, and archiving), and utilizing contract management system(s) Experience drafting and redlining contracts using standard templates (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments, SaaS/IT Agreements) Ability to identify non-standard terms and escalate risks appropriately Familiarity with using fallback positions and negotiation playbooks Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay process; understanding of procurement roles and approvals Experience supporting indirect procurement Nice to Have Skills & Experience IT background is preferred Job Description Client is looking for a Contract Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review coordination, and execution tracking for procurement-related indirect agreements. The objective is to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient contract processing in alignment with Client's internal policies and Source-to-Pay processes. Services shall also include ongoing support for contract renewals, assignments, and other related contract activities as required. - Review incoming requests and validate completeness of requirements - Classify contract requests (e.g., Renewals, MSA, SOW, Order Form, Amendments, ) - Route requests appropriately within Client systems (e.g., intake platforms, CLM tools) - Prepare first drafts using Client-approved templates - Perform initial redlines against supplier paper in accordance with Client guidelines - Coordinate with Contracts, Sourcing, Finance, and Business stakeholders - Identify and flag non-standard or high-risk terms for Contracts Mgr. and/or Legal review Manage contract execution workflows (e-signature tools, routing)
