The role operates in a global, agile environment, supporting business-critical infrastructure, collaborating with international teams, and ensuring high availability, compliance, and operational excellence across identity and access management services.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory environments.Manage user, group, and computer objects, including permissions and access controls.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to AD services.Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities.Execute changes, releases, and service requests following ITIL processes.Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices.Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives.Collaborate closely with global infrastructure, security, and application teams.Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.Required Qualifications / SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration.Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments.Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO).Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and basic network concepts.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity scenarios.Experience with monitoring, backup, and recovery of AD services.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural teams.Experience RequirementsPrevious experience in infrastructure, system administration, or identity management roles.Experience working in enterprise-scale and global environments.
