Create and maintain high-quality learning assets—including videos, slide decks, documentation, and exams—while ensuring all content is up to date with the latest features, best practices, and real-world use cases.Structure learning paths and certification levels, adapting depth to different audiences (sales, pre-sales, engineers).Provide regular webinars to engage clients and partners regarding new products and solutions.Solution Enablement & Pre-Sales SupportAct as an internal technical consultant, owning and evangelizing the department's technology portfolio, including Professional Displays (Standalone, Videowall, High Brightness), LED Panels, Hotel TVs, Digital Signage Software, and related B2B solutions.Support Latin American subsidiaries sales and pre-sales teams in solution design, positioning, and technical validationRequired Skills & QualificationsGeneralAt least 3 years of experience working with professional display solutions with sales focus.At least 2 years of experience working with LED technologies with sales focus.Knowledge of different LED solution typesExperience in B2B based sales projectsFluent in English - Spanish is a plusTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of LED display technology (pixel pitch, brightness, color spaces, power, signal flow)Solid knowledge of AV and IT networking concepts (VLANs, multicast)Familiarity with firmware management, system commissioning, and troubleshootingComfort with technical calculations and spec sheet analysisTraining & CommunicationProven ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple, practical wayExperience creating structured training programs, exams, and technical presentationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, familiarity with translation solutions such as google Translate, ElevenLabs, and others.Nice to HaveExperience with Turnkey IntegrationBackground in AV integration, system engineering, or technical salesExperience working with LATAM marketsSpanish and/or Korean fluencyCTS or CTS-D CertificationWork Location & AvailabilityOn-site positionRole will be based in São Paulo, with activities primarily at Morumbi and Água Branca officesAvailability for travel up to 30% of the time, depending on business needs (customer visits, training, events).
