We are looking for a Mid-Level International Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on global hiring for AI/R Company. Companies such as Avenue Code, Invillia, and Compass UOL are part of the group. We are seeking a professional with an ownership mindset , resilience, and a strong consultative approach to join the team. You will be responsible for managing high-complexity roles in competitive markets, acting as a strategic partner to our clients and international leadership. What you will be responsible for: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end) for technical and niche roles across regions such as the U.S., Canada, and Europe Act as a consultant to stakeholders and Customer Success teams, providing market intelligence on rates, talent availability, and local hiring models Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify top-tier technology talent (Dev, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.) Take ownership of building and maintaining talent pipelines, proactively reporting metrics in a strategic manner Lead communication with international candidates, ensuring an excellent and engaging candidate experience Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, ensuring data integrity and quality Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose fast solutions to meet aggressive SLAs Contribute strategically to employer branding and global talent attraction initiatives What you need to have: Solid experience in international recruitment (mandatory experience hiring local professionals in the U.S., Canada, or Europe) Background in recruiting within consulting companies Proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates under tight SLAs Strong expertise in sourcing strategies (Boolean Strings, X-Ray search) and deep interest in the global tech market High level of self-management, organization, and results orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent English for daily conversation and negotiation with global stakeholders Nice to have: Knowledge of work visas and geographic specificities of North American and European markets Avenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and compliance with the most rigorous data protection regulations worldwide, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, and CPRA.
