Responsibilities
- Manage transport companies for vehicle and spare parts operations.
- Coordinate daily transportation planning with Billing, Sales, and Aftersales teams.
- Monitor collections, deliveries, damages, shortages, and returns.
- Validate transport costs before payment processing.
- Handle dealer requests and transportation claims.
- Investigate logistics issues and define corrective actions.
- Develop and present monthly transport and claims KPIs.
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle logistics operations.
- Experience dealing with vehicle transport companies and logistics suppliers.
- Knowledge of SAP (MM/SD).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and hands-on profile, able to handle challenging situations.
Location and work-mode:
- 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
