About the Role We're looking for a Culture & Learning Senior Manager to join our People & Organization team. In this role, you'll be a key driver of how we grow our people and shape the way we work together — building learning ecosystems and culture programs that scale with a fast-moving organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and knows how to turn ideas into programs that actually stick. What You'll Do Champion and evolve our organizational culture, ensuring it remains a competitive advantage as the company grows Design and lead initiatives that reinforce our values in day-to-day work — from onboarding to team rituals and beyond Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed cultural practices across all levels of the organization Measure culture health and continuously iterate based on feedback and data Build and manage end-to-end learning journeys for key talent segments (new hires, individual contributors, managers, leaders) Identify capability gaps and design scalable programs — whether in-person, digital, or blended Act as a strategic thought partner to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on people development topics Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors with a results-oriented mindset Build buy-in for culture and learning initiatives across a diverse, often distributed workforce What We're Looking for 10+ years of experience in L&D, organizational culture, or talent development Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments — internet, tech, or similarly dynamic industries strongly preferred Experience designing and scaling learning programs from scratch, not just inheriting and maintaining Strong facilitation and communication skills — you're as comfortable in a workshop as in a C-suite conversation Data-driven mindset: you measure what matters and use it to improve Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently with minimal structure Experience working across cultures or in multinational environments is a plus Fluency in English required; additional languages What Makes You Stand Out You've built something from 0 to 1 — a program, a culture initiative, an L&D function You understand that culture isn't a campaign — it's behavior, reinforce You're energized by change, not slowed down by it.
