This role is responsible for overseas market channel construction, customer development and business operation, continuously expanding global business, optimizing sales system, and driving the steady growth of market share and revenue.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop business opportunities in target overseas regions, optimize sales channel layout, and build long-term partnerships with distributors and key clients.Lead the full sales cycle including customer development, business negotiation, contract signing and payment collection; track export customs clearance to achieve sales targets.Collaborate with internal technical and after-sales teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure high-quality customer service.Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies to improve product distribution and market sales.Implement global development strategies, improve overseas distribution networks and continuously optimize channel management systems.QualificationsProven overseas sales experience in engineering machinery, heavy equipment or related B2B industries with a verifiable sales track record.Strong market analysis capability, familiar with foreign trade procedures, proficient in channel development, customer maintenance and business negotiation.Fluent in English and Portuguese for daily business communication.Able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment with high initiative and willingness of frequent regional business travel.Strong stress resistance, business acumen and team spirit, recognizing the company's international development strategy.
