Job Description: Work closely with local business teams to understand business objectives and IT requirements Develop strong relationships with business partners and other external parties Act as a liaison between Corporate IT and different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, support and delivery of IT services Dive deep into local IT operations and have a profound understanding of their environments Proactively monitor and report on operational status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure business objectives are accomplished Partner with other teams to initiate and execute strategic improvement initiatives to drive organizational change management Job Requirements: Degree in Computer Sciences or information technology-related. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role. Experience developing and enforcing standards, policies, and procedures Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and good time management Engagement capabilities to manage stakeholder and internal and/ or external partners Good leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively to manage operational activities Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure the progression for operational issues/ projects Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment with clear strategic mindset of processes Technical skills/background in network/system is an added advantage An excellent command of both spoken and written English.
