Position
We are seeking a key member for our Brazilian technical/sales team, responsible for supporting the company’s PV offerings in Brazil. This role reports to the Marketing/Sales Manager and plays a critical part in driving technical support, customer engagement, and business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their requirements both technically and commercially.
- Support the sales team by collecting market intelligence, including emerging market trends, industry standards, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Highlight the benefits and differentiators of Sungrow products and solutions.
- Identify and prospect new customers through technical and commercial visits, market research, business intelligence platforms, and participation in solar industry events.
- Manage existing customer relationships from pre-sales through after-sales support.
- Monitor installation performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
- Provide technical support to all Sungrow customers, including distributors, installers, and EPCs.
- Act as a trusted pre-sales technical advisor, offering guidance on product applications and solutions.
- Stay informed on developments in the Brazilian solar market, including business trends, political changes, competitor activity, and regional legislation.
- Conduct product training, seminars, and presentations for customers and other stakeholders on Sungrow products and solutions.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical and/or electronics engineering.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Work Location and Conditions

- Frequent travel required (valid driver’s license mandatory)
